SWITCH RESPONSIBILITY:
                This future is used to move from one responsibility to another responsibility.
                                N -> file menu -> which responsibility -> select -> G.L Super user -> Ok

CURRENCY:
                Currency is used to identify the volume of the transaction. There are two types of currencies.
1.       Monitory currency
2.       Non monitory currency

1.       Monitory Currency:  It is used to record the accounting transactions. There are two types of
  Monitory currencies. They are A. Functional, B. Foreign
a.       Functional: It is a local country currency.
Ex: INR in India, USD in America
b.      Foreign: Other than local currency is called a foreign currency.

2.       Non monitory Currency: It is nothing but a stat currency which is used in the calculations.
Ex: Ratio, Feet, cm, meter, etc….

DEFINE CURRENCY:
                N -> G.L super user -> set up (task/menu) -> currencies -> define
Then currencies window is open then press Ctrl + F11. Then we can see all type of currencies list. Place cursor on code field -> then go to new then enter new code and name and description and issuing territory -> precision -> extended precision -> minimum accountable unit (blank) -> effective dates -> save it.
               
                                Note:    1.Precision mean no. of digits after decimal point
                                                2. Extended Precision: It will determine no. of digits where system is start the rounding
